fitness Classes
My group classes are inclusive and tailored to all fitness levels and abilities. The environment I create during my classes is filled with encouragement and support - my main goal of our classes is for everyone to feel comfortable and elevated in their workouts. My fitness classes are a place of inclusivity, where no one is judged on their capabilities - building confidence is key!
I offer a variety of different fitness classes. At HWC, the group classes incorporate a range of different exercises including: cardio fat burning, metabolic training, strength training and core stability and flexibility. In order to optimize the schedule, I do keep the core classes and then I integrate some classes as pop ups so there is a nice variety.
Classes Offered:
Barre Fitness: 60 minute class. The original barre workout encompassing the best elements of ballet, Pilates, sports conditioning and flexibility training.
Bootcamp: 60 minute class. HITT class incorporating circuits of cardio burst, core and strength training. Each class has different workouts using various types of equipment, focuses on full body training and by far is the best fat burning workout. The fat burning continues up to 48
BEGINNER BOXING:
So here you have it. The class where you will learn all the basics of the boxing. Stance, boxing punches and throws. How to navigate the heavy bag and increase your endurance.
9X BOXHIT: Dominique created this class and it is a solid class that integrates everything. It’s going to make you beat by the time you are done.
BOXCAMP: 30 minutes of intense boxing followed by 30 minutes of Bootcamp circuits A perfect of cardio meets core work and large muscle group training
TOTAL BODY BLAST: A 60 minute class total body fat burning and calorie scorcher. Mostly done using dumbbells, the instructor choreographs a session of upper body, lower body and core combinations.
WARRIOR BOOTCAMP: (60 minute class). The Bootcamp class you already love but now add the badass warrior and spartan moves to it Tires, chains, farmer’s toss, speed jump ropes, agility training, plyo work, hammers and burn more calories in any class you’ll ever take again Indoor and outdoor without ever having to leave the parking lot.
POWER PUMP: This is a strength training class with barbells. Each participant has their own barbell and adjusts their weight for the upper and lower segments of the class. There are 10 segments and every body part is a sequence. Fat burning, muscle toning, lean mass building, increase of metabolic rate.
ADVANCED KO8: A 60 minute class that is always waitlisted. This is on suspension and resistance straps and is taught in a circuit style class. The fat burning and strength building in this class is by far one of the best I've ever seen. Be prepared to work and this is an advanced class. You need to really be proficient on the straps to be in this class.
BEGINNER KO8: A 45 minute class for beginner level of KO8.
STEP CLASS
TRAIN, TONE, BUILD: awesome class that fits any level and you are lifting and the goal is to get stronger along the way Miranda does an amazing job with this class
SPIN CLASSES: Offered as Beginner Spin, combo Spin Class and a straight ride Spin Class. Classes are 45 or 60 minutes long.
New Classes Coming September
SILVER SNEAKERS —our current Silver Sneaker Eligible Classes are “Fit 4 You” if you sign up online then you will buy the “Silver Sneaker” pass and you will not get charged You will still have to sign in on the sign in sheet and we will check eligibility Currently those classes are Tues, Thurs at 8:30 am and Saturday 8:00 am and you are eligible for 2 classes per week You will still be subject to our late cancel & no show policy
8 hours prior to class is required or you will be charged a 10.00 fee If you don’t sign up ahead of time it is a first come first serve basis We will be ramping up to be able to get all enrollees in once we know how many clients will be signing up The Silver Sneakers classic classes will be added in the near future and then we will avoid over crowding of classes

Senior passes are and have been since the new pricing structure for 65 and older Student passes are available only for full time students and must present receipt stating that you are a full time student Medical excuses have to be received within one week and can only hold passes for 6 months on a surgery or injury Illness holds are at the discretion of the owner
